PICKLE LOVERS BOX BY SUJIN
These flavour-packed jars of Mak-Kimchi (classic cabbage Kimchi, medium heat) and compressed cucumber Jjang-Achi (soy pickles) are perfect stocking fillers for those pickle lovers out there.
The box includes:
- 2x Mak-Kimchi Jars, 350ml each
- 1x Compressed Cucumber Jjang-Achi (Soy Pickles), 350ml
Feel free to experiment with two jars of Kimchi. Leave one in the fridge and keep the second jar in room temperature for a day before storing it in the fridge. You will notice the taste difference as it starts to ferment at different speed.
When you receive your Kimchi, it will be still quite fresh and raw, more like a salad but as Kimchi starts to ferment over time in the fridge (over 10 days), it starts to develop more mature and tangy flavour. Kimchi that's aged further (20-30 days+) is perfect for cooking, stews, fried rice or pancakes.
