Bulgogi (불고기, translates to 'fire meat') is a classic soy-marinated Korean beef which is usually grilled over an open flame or pan-fried. This is 전골, Jeongol (stew) version which incorporates Bulgogi, mushrooms and winter vegetables with homemade broth with kelp.
