Bulgogi (불고기, translates to 'fire meat') is a classic soy-marinated Korean beef which is usually grilled over an open flame or pan-fried. This is 전골, Jeongol (stew) version which incorporates Bulgogi, mushrooms and winter vegetables with homemade broth with kelp.

You will receive below in your Sujin box:

  • 2 portions of Jeongol (Bavette Bulgogi, Mixed vegetables including Cabbage, Courgette, Pumpkin and Mixed Mushrooms, Broth)
  • 2 side dishes
    - Homemade Mak-Kimchi
    - Compressed cucumber soy pickle
  • 2 portions of multigrain purple rice 

What you will need:
Small saucepan, Medium saucepan or stew pot (approx. 20cm), frying pan.
