Spicy Pork Belly, Kimchi Emulsion, Pressed Cucumber Pickles, Banchan and Multigrain Purple Rice (SERVES TWO)
This is my version of sweet and spicy Korean pork belly (제육볶음, Jeyuk-Bokkeum), marinated using two of the most commonly used Korean staple ingredients, 고추장 (Gochujang -spicy, sweet and savoury chilli paste) and 고추가루 (Gochugaru -Korean chilli flakes).

- Homemade Mak-Kimchi
- Seasonal vegetable pickles (Candy Beetroot shown in photo, may vary) - 2 portions of multigrain purple rice
